ER Manager 6-12 Month FTC

We have a current opportunity for a ER Manager 6-12 Month FTC. The position will be based in London. For further information about this position please apply.

My client is looking for some to start ASAP, working in a leading entertainingment brand.

  • Partnering with Line managers on basic ER cases.
  • Manage ER case load
  • Partner UK&I and Group on key issues and projects
  • Policy review and updates (in line with current trends)
  • Contract review and updates
  • Legislation updates ( i.e. IR35, right to work etc)
  • Employee Handbooklet review and updates
  • Project manages all restructuring projects (including redundancies and TUPE)
  • Support complex ER cases
  • supporting the HRBP's on ER cases
  • Roll out and deliver training to up skill HRBP's &AM's
  • Report on all ER cases, including Wellbeing, Discplinaries, Grievances, LTS and Absence
  • Work on key projects to support the people plan
