Frazer Jones is pleased to be partnering with one of the world's leading consultancy businesses. This is a global firm with over 10,000 employees and a glowing reputation. Their Reward function, which boasts excellent tenure and talent, is looking for a Strategic Reward Lead to join one of their regional teams.

This job opportunity is a permanent in-house role, taking a lead on strategic reward projects for their EMEA region, you'll report to the Head of Reward and also work very closely with the global reward team on global initiatives. With one direct report, you'll sit in a team of 5 but collaborate with a wider global reward function. This is a consultative in-house role that will require you to business partner with various stakeholders across the business including the Reward Managers and People Partners. You'll lead on various reward projects, covering both compensation frameworks and benefits programmes. You'll contribute and lead on implementations and be responsible for identifying, assessing and resolving challenges that will impact reward policy and process changes. You'll drive efficiencies, ensure processes are fit for purpose and provide people data insights to ensure effective decision making. You'll need to ensure your aware of market challenges and changes to keep a fresh and competitive reward offering for all employees. Although your work may contribute to the BAU cyclical activities in reward, you won't have direct involvement in those tasks to ensure you can focus on the strategic element of reward for the business.

To be considered for this role you must be an established reward professional that can give numerous examples of strategic projects you've led on. You should be experienced with implementations and business partnering. Evidence of the design and effective execution of new reward strategies and practices is absolutely key. You should be influential, with effective people skills. You should be inclusive, insights driven and be good at working with data. You should be able to maximise technology advancements and have worked in at least an international company previously. You must have sound decision-making and come with good examples of change management experience.

The role will offer up to £90k plus bonus and benefits and is offering a hybrid working policy with 2 days in the central London office per week.
