HR Data Analyst

Frazer Jones are partnering with a global Insurance firm based in London who are looking to recruit for a HR Data Analyst to join on a permanent basis. You will be part of fast-paced international HR team focussing on international projects. I am keen to engage with HR Analysts/Data Analysts/Reporting Analysts with solid Reporting and Analytics (ideally Workday) experience who are keen to develop further.

This position will be responsible for reporting and people analytics using Reporting and Analytics system, for the HR function. You will be maintaining, developing and transforming processes to ensure effective data analytics and reporting. In addition, you will ensure that appropriate checks and data automation are in place to increase data accuracy throughout the processes. This role reports into the Head of Data Analytics and you'll be working in a people analytics team of 3.

Key Accountabilities

  • Utilise HRIS (Workday) to oversee all data integration.
  • Producing new reports for users based on queries.
  • Working closely with the HR Data & Insight Manager on data principles.
  • Training members on how to create reports.
  • Monitor data to ensure system integrity and consistency and distinguish any gaps (ensuring all data is compliant with legal requirements).
  • Supporting the business by any requests. i.e., creating new reports, maintaining the database, and establishing and resolving any errors in reports.
  • Design and maintain data structure within their reporting system and do all the end-to-end testing.

You must come with HR Reporting and Analytics experience which allows you to create new dashboards and produce reports. You should be effective in dealing with data and identifying trends through analytics. A working knowledge of Power Bi will also be advantageous. To be considered for this role you must be passionate about pursuing your career within HR Data Analytics. Ideal candidates will have some have exposure to HR Reporting and Analytics, data management principles, and GDPR. They are also willing to train you on Workday reporting system. It is essential that you are effective and enjoy working with HR Reporting and Analytics and people data. An eye for detail and clear communication skills is a must.
