Delighted to be partnering with a market leading brand in the UK to support the search for a Reward Manager based in central Bristol.

Leading and managing a team of 4 reward analysts and administrators, you will manage stakeholders across the Group and project teams on new Reward services for the business. This will include all areas for pay reviews, bonus and incentive schemes, and pay progression.

You will manage vendor support, relationships and adherence to the internal service level agreements. Also using data to analyse trends and quality will be an important part of the process.

We are looking for someone who has experience and broad knowledge of reward, processes and services. People management experience will clearly be vital, as will being well versed in technical reward knowledge and its application. Strong communication & influencing skills are also key to your success. Knowledge of SAP Successfactors would be a distinct advantage.

The salary is competitive, the benefits package is excellent - including 25 days holiday, up to 10% contributory pension, and access to the industry leading flexible benefits system. Ideally you will be able to access their office in central Bristol 1-2 days per week.
