HR Advisor (Standalone)

Frazer Jones is partnering with a phenomenal law firm company to find a standalone HR Advisor on a permanent basis for their London office. With a key focus on building long-term, effective partnerships with clients, the firm delivers innovative and impactful solutions across a variety of areas.

In this exciting new role due to growth, you will facilitate the full employee lifecycle, playing a key role in strategic and operational elements of the function throughout. From salary reviews to employee relations, as well as benefits and probation processes, this is a highly varied role which will push you to work proactively to achieve excellence. You will play an essential part in propelling the firm's wider HR offerings, supporting with implementing and managing an HRIS as well as other relevant projects. Working closely with the Chief Operating Officer, this is a fantastic opportunity to create and facilitate true impact within the function whilst being professionally and personally supported at each step of the way.

Role responsibilities:

  • Core responsibilities across the full employee lifecycle
  • Various project work including implementing an HRIS and supporting with subsequent management
  • Probation processes and exit interviews
  • Benefit processing
  • Support with employee relations issues
  • Facilitate salary review processes
  • Absence management

Candidate experience:

  • Extensive professional HR experience (professional services or financial services required)
  • Proven ability to lead projects and build relationships with stakeholders
  • Innovative and proactive approach with a solutions-orientated mindset
  • Experience in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent professional and communication skills
