Frazer Jones are pleased to be supporting a boutique financial services company in securing an HR and Payroll Officer.

This is an exciting opportunity for an established HR Officer to further their career in a truly global business. Reporting into the HR Manager you will be highly visible in this role working with stakeholders at all levels of seniority. You will be the operational support for an employee group of 90 and get involved in a number of interesting projects and initiatives.

Core duties include:

  • End to end support on recruitment, including onboarding and inductions for all new joiners.
  • Coordination of staff training days, individual courses, and maintenance of internal training database
  • End to end management of the monthly payroll process, explaining all variances and balancing reports.
  • Managing the onboarding and offboarding process. Creating procedure notes on both processes and producing amendments to account for working from home.
  • Updating and maintaining all core HR data
  • Managing group HR Mailbox, answering general queries and providing regulatory and standard references upon request.
  • Producing monthly reports on key metrics for further analysis by Senior Management.
  • Providing administrative support on annual benefit renewals, Regulatory reporting and SMCR.
  • Minute taking on complex ER cases and advising on best practice to find the best solution.
