We are delighted to be partnering with a global accountancy and business advisory firm recognised in international market for providing professional consulting services in payroll, accounting, and compliance.

Job Brief

As a Payroll Implementation Consultant, you will bring in previous experience in payroll implementation and manage complex end to end projects, including training and support for external clients. With demonstrable experience in payroll systems, you will be able to identify client solution and business requirements to make bespoke recommendations. Involvement in integration and configuration as well as support with any issues occurring throughout the life of the project will be expected.

Working in agile environment, you will be provided with the freedom of working from home with one day requirement of working from the Reading office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and complete end to end implementation projects
  • Lead integration and configuration of payroll
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs
  • Provide effective support and training to clients throughout the project
  • Ensure compliance and correct procedure within the business
