Interim HR Transformation Change Lead

I'm pleased to share that I'm currently partnering with a renowned publication in the search for their HR Transformation Change Lead.

The organsation are embarking upon a transformation of its HR function, processes and data. This transformation will be underpinned by a new SaaS HCM solution to be deployed in 2023. To support the transformation journey, the firm are looking for a strong change lead to manage all aspects of the change related to the transformation such as stakeholder mapping and engagement plan, change impact assessment, communications strategy and plan, training needs, training strategy and plan, drafting relevant communications, getting them reviewed and issuing them in a timely manner

  • Apply a structured methodology and lead all change management activities related to the transformation programme
  • Prepare a stakeholder map with an appropriate engagement model for each stakeholder group
  • Work with the systems implementation partner to identify the change impacts and necessary training needs
  • Lead the design, development, delivery and management of all communications
  • Define the training strategy and lead the creation of suitable and appropriate training content
  • Plan and lead the delivery of training
  • Identify, analyse and prepare risk mitigation tactics
  • Identify and manage anticipated resistance
  • Consult and coach project teams
  • Support and engage senior leaders
  • Coordinate efforts with other specialists
  • Integrate change management activities into project plan
  • Evaluate and ensure user readiness
  • Track and report issues
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
  • Support change management at the organisational level

  • Proven organisational change experience related to HR transformations
  • Experience of leading the change effort for SaaS solution enabled transformations
  • Ability to work at a strategic level, but also at a detailed level to execute the change strategy and plan
  • Comfortable with using well know training preparation tools to build training guides
  • Ability to conduct / deliver training to medium / large number of audience
  • Ability to influence users to adapt to new ways of working / new systems
  • Experience of leading small teams/stakeholders to achieve a desired outcome
