Legal Practice Manager

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-known family law practice in South West London looking to hire their first practice manager in a full time, hybrid position. They are ranked in Chambers, Legal 500 and The Times' Best Law Firms 2022.

Playing a crucial role in the day-to-day running of the firm, you will undertake a wide variety of management duties and there is scope to build the role to suit your skills.

Responsibilities:
You will have responsibly for the overall smooth running of the office including:
HR & Recruitment - posting jobs and screening candidates, offers and contracts, employee relations, HR policies and procedures, overseeing training, annual appraisals, benefits etc
Finance - managing the firm's finances, overseeing billing and liaising with fee earners
Compliance - oversight of all compliance issues across the office and ensuring the employees and partners are compliant. GDPR requirements are adhered to, regulatory filings are completed in a timely fashion.
Strategy - working closely with the senior partners to formulate a development strategy for the firm focusing on the people needs.
Operations - you will provide oversight for the smooth running and administration of the office (there is an Office Manager) and some support staff.

About you:
You will have prior practice manager experience, are a natural leader with the confidence to push back, are driven and enthusiastic alongside possessing strong business and management skills.
