My client a leading investment management company is hiring an in-house recruiter with in depth experience across financial services. The role is a full 360 degree recruitment position covering attraction, souring, advertising, headcount planning, pre-employment screening and ad hoc projects.
This is a fast paced, high volume (around 20 roles) recruitment desk with a lot of interaction with the back, middle and front office which will lend itself to an individual who has worked such markets previously. Based out of the company headquarters this role has a regional remit and will cover both contract and permanent hires.
You will have a proven record of taking the initiative to continually improve operational delivery and develop innovative recruitment solutions. My client prides themselves on the direct hiring model so you should be well equipped to use Linked in Recruiter and e-financial as tools to source candidates. You must also have experience of attraction strategy, design and delivery (online and offline), employer brand proposition development, pre-employment candidate screening, response handling etc.
The ideal candidate can come from an agency and be looking to transition into an in-house role. Equally if you have made that move already at advisor level and looking for a full end to end remit, this could be the role for you.
The client offers a hybrid working policy with 2 or 3 days in the office (central London), the remainder from home.
