Payroll & Benefits Advisor - £40,000 - £45,000 + 10% Bonus - Finchley

Frazer Jones are delighted to be partnering with a leading and highly recognised designer fashion brand who are seeking to recruit a Payroll & Benefits Advisor on a Permanent basis.

This Role will take full ownership of Payroll for the firm and also lead projects around Reward & benefits.

Our client is offering hybrid working (with a requirement of 3 days per week in the office)

The Role:

- Sole ownership of outsourced payroll for the UK.

- Manage and input payroll changes into the system.

- Produce and distribute employee payslips.

- Assist with tax year end in line with HMRC reporting.

- Administration of the pension scheme and auto- enrolment.

- Administration of employee benefit changes.

- Support wider HR team with HR administration tasks.

Skills required:
