My Oxford based client is looking to hire an HR Manager on an 6 month FTC basis and with an immediate start. Reporting to the HR Director the position will remotely support headcount based in Germany and align HR policies, processes and procedures to a UK head office.
The immediate focus for the role is on operational delivery and managing HR 'business as usual' activities while also aligning processes and creating efficiencies to the UK corporate practice. You will also lead and manage an HR Assistant based in Germany.
You will thrive and enjoy working in a very busy and hands-on operational HR position with practical experience of having aligned processes and policies to create HR efficiencies. You will be comfortable dealing with ambiguity, and enjoy using your strategic influence to take HR to the next level; having the stamina and resilience to simultaneously deliver on HR business as usual and manage change amidst conflicting business priorities. Any understanding or experience of the German labour market would be a distinct advantage.
While the company is Oxford based they operate a flexible working model with the ability to access the office on a weekly basis, preferably two-three days/week. You must be able to start within the next week or two. The role comes with a great £basic salary + bonus + benefits.
