Senior Benefits Advisor

Frazer Jones are partnering with a leading consultancy business based in the heart of London. This is a global business that even during the pandemic, have been experiencing impressive successful growth. To help with the extra work that has been created from that growth, they are looking to a hire a new Senior Benefits Advisor to join their benefits team of 4. This role is reporting to the EMEA Benefits Manager and also works closely with the Director of Benefits. This is a dynamic professional services firm that have a proven track record of delivering exceptional results across over 10 EMEA countries. They also have an impressive track record of developing skills and broadening the experience of their employees to provide career enhancing opportunities.

Working as the Senior Benefits Advisor, this is a permanent role to take a lead on all things benefits related for their EMEA region. You will be spearheading their benefits offering for this region, acting as an ambassador for all things benefits. You will be required to liaise with brokers, vendors and key contacts in the various international regions to deliver a successful benefits package. You will be responsible for renewals, benchmarking and escalated queries. In this role you will be processing renewals plus designing and rolling out any new benefits and wellbeing initiatives. You will be required to effectively partner with employees at all levels across the business to deliver on projects. The role will require you to produce all communication associated to your benefits to ensure clear information, awareness and positive employee relations and experience. You will also be working on legacy offerings, sorting system interfaces, M&A and developing new flexible benefits platforms for various countries.

You should have proven experience in a benefits role and ideally you will have international benefits experience plus professional or financial services sector experience. The business typically hires employees with excellent academics and progressive, driven and confident individuals with effective communication skills to represent in the benefits department in the highest manner. It's a bonus if you have been involved in developing and rolling out new benefits and have been involved in various other benefits projects.

The role is offering a generous benefits and compensation package for the successful candidate. You can be looking at a base salary of £50-60k plus bonus. The role offers a broad and unlimited remit where you will have the support of a wider benefits team to help with your development.
