HR Co-Ordinator

I am delighted to be working with a Bath based client on an exclusive basis to help them recruit an HR Co-Ordinator. This is a fully supportive role where you will have exposure to all areas of HR and be the first point of contact for all enquires, advice and guidance.

As the HR Coordinator you will report into the Head of HR and provide all HR support across the organisation. You will ensure a high-quality service is delivered in line with employment legislation and will support the Head of HR with all HR project work and initiatives.

Main responsibilities will include all actions around the employee lifecycle, starters, leavers, pre-employment checks, contracts, changes to terms and conditions, maternity, paternity, training, recruitment and inductions.
Your role will also include supporting the Head of HR in the implementation of a new HR system, ensuring the effective roll out, training and development to all users, inputting of accurate employee data, utilising the system effectively to produce accurate and timely reports for line managers and senior management.
As the HR Coordinator you will also take responsibility for first line support on all employee relations queries providing advice and guidance and escalating where necessary. You will ensure all managers are fully trained on all HR processes and procedures to ensure an efficient and effective HR service.

To be successful in this role you will have been working in an HR environment in a supportive capacity and looking to take the next step in your career. You will have a solid understanding of HR process and best practice and will enjoy being the first point of contact for all enquires. You will demonstrate excellent communication skills as well as being highly organised with a can-do attitude. You will have completed your CIPD level 3 and ideally studying for level 5. Your ambition and drive within HR to provide a good service will allow you to excel in this role and enjoy a rewarding career.
