HR Business Partner. Based Crawley area. £65,000-£70,000 + 10% Car allowance and generous bonus. Hybrid working on offer.
I am delighted to be working with this highly reputable and well-established organisation based in West Sussex to help them recruit a HR Business Partner. This organisation is market leading in their industry and believe in making an excellent customer experience. This role is a key position within the business as it is critical in developing the People agenda that aligns and supports the overall strategic objectives of the organisation
As the HR Business Partner you will report into the Head of HR and will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to build organisation and people capability within various business functions.
This is a strategic role working in a fast-paced operational environment. You will be responsible for developing and delivering departmental people plans, ensuring they are aligned to overall company objectives and people plan. In addition, you will identify and manage people related risks, supporting managers to put mitigating actions in place, use data and insights to enable leaders to understand the people and drive down metric targets and develop succession plan utilising regular talent reviews to track talent and build a platform of future talent. There will also be an opportunity to support and lead on various projects such as engagement and wellbeing.
To be successful in this role you will have an impressive background and solid skill set of operating and delivering within a strategic HR Business Partner role. You will have a full understanding of the HR Process and the legal framework and the ability to understand, analyse and diagnose business issues and translate these to people-based solutions.
