DE&I Manager

I am delighted to be working with a leading global professional services firm who are in a commanding position within the legal sector and has a great collaborative working culture.

I am on the search for an experienced DE&I Manager, reporting to the EMEA Head of Diversity & Social Impact and will support them on both operational and strategic projects and have responsibility for managing a DE&I advisor. This is a great opportunity for someone to build upon the company's energy and ideas, grab hold of the D&I plan, and make it happen.

Working closely with the senior leadership team, HR and L&D, you will be responsible for building and delivering the DE&I strategy, developing and maintaining metrics and data to ensure the business and employee commitments to a truly inclusive working environment are ingrained within everything they do. You will be responsible for building and developing strong partnerships with business leaders and external providers to support the delivery of DE&I and ensure there is a clear plan in place and with ROI is evaluated consistently.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join a business that has a real appetite for change and really build upon the existing foundations they have in place from a DE&I perspective. The ideal candidate will have worked within a Diversity, Equality & Inclusion role or function, with experience in both delivering and designing a firm DE&I strategy. Alternatively, if you have experience in an HR position with strong exposure to D&I, this could also work. You will be used to working with challenging and demanding stakeholders, be solution focused and able to thrive within a change-led and fast-paced working environment.

This position will be suitable for someone who truly believes and is passionate about the delivery of an inclusive and diverse workforce and is able to think creatively, and autonomously and not be afraid to challenge the norm.

It would be beneficial to have worked within the Professional Services sector with a preference for the legal sector, however, I would be open to speaking to candidates that have experience working in Financial Services.
