Reward Advisor, 12 month FTC

I am currently supporting a Birmingham based client that are looking for a Reward Advisor on a 12 month FTC to cover a period of maternity. This is a great opportunity to join a leading brand and gain experience of working within a large UK firm.

This is a varied role supporting the development, implementation and delivery of Reward & Benefits projects across the UK & Ireland. This will include:
* Working with HR and the business in respect of reward policies, acting as the POC for queries
* Supporting job evaluation and pay grading
* Pay/reward/benefits data analysis
* External total reward and benefits benchmarking
* Management of the benefits programme including the management of 3rd party benefits suppliers
* Leading on benefits renewals and communications

Alongside relevant Reward/Compensation and Benefits experience you will possess great Excel skills, the ability to build relationships at all levels and strong numerical and analytical skills to manage and manipulate data.

Ideally you will be able to start immediately or have a 1 month notice period. This position is based in central Birmingham. You will need to access the site at least 1 day/week. Salary up to £50,000 + benefits.
