Global Mobility Advisor

Frazer Jones is now partnering with a global Accountancy and Business Advisory firm to source a Global Mobility and Immigration Advisor on a permanent basis. This is a well-established role within a small team reporting to the Global Mobility and Immigration Manager.

As their Global Mobility and Immigration Advisor, you be responsible for the management, coordination and compliance of UK immigration and International secondments in line with the firm's policies.

This is a unique opportunity for any proactive professional or HR Generalist to expand their career within Global Mobility and Immigrations.

Duties will include:

  • Conduct secondment briefings with new secondees in person and over the phone providing a professional, informative point of contact throughout the secondment process taking a proactive approach to any challenges along the way.
  • Advise business of new starters, on right to work check processes and manage any issues.
  • Requesting visa invoices and calculating the amount reclaimable from leavers and sharing the details within HR
  • Act as first point of call for general internal and external queries
  • Maintain and deliver right to work training to internal teams
  • Draft guides, communication around change in rules/regulations and business cases where applicable.

To be considered, you must possess excellent attention to detail, strong administrative and organisational skills with an extensive experience in UK immigration and international secondments. Management and prioritisation skills are a must.

In return, you will receive up to £40,000 per annum plus excellent benefits, Hybrid working with career progression and development.
