HR Business Partner. Based in Crawley, Hybrid working (Minimum 2 days in the office) up to £42,000

I am delighted to have partnered with an established and reputable organisation based in Crawley to assist them in recruiting a HR Business Partner. A global leading expert in their industry sector with their people at the heart of the business. This HR Business Partner will play an integral role in delivering critical, highly valued contribution to all people and culture related aspects of the organisation.

Reporting into the Head of HR, you will be responsible for several activities; liaising with managers and the inhouse recruitment team to identify, acquire, access and onboard talented individuals to the company, help coordinate the performance and development process across the group and support mental health issues and contribute to the development of their varied wellness programme. In addition, you will be responsible for employee relation cases, ensuring you competently and compassionately deal with disciplinaries and grievances and manage and review compensations and benefits.

If you have an impressive background as a HR Generalist with solid experience and an interest in talent acquisition and talent management, this will be of great interest to my client. Is it also essential you are studying towards the CIPD qualification, are proactive and are determined to make a positive difference. You will relish autonomy and decision-making but also enjoy being part of a team who believe in learning together and supporting one another
