Payroll Specialist - £30,000 + Bonus & Benefits - Manchester (city Centre)
Frazer Jones are delighted to be working exclusively with a leading household name in business services on the recruitment of a Payroll Specialist on a permanent basis.
This role is reporting into the Head of Payroll & Reward Manager and will support with day to day administration of Payroll & Benefits for the UK.
Our client is offering hybrid working (2 days per week required in the office)
The Role:
- Administration of Payroll on a monthly basis (UK 700 employees)
- First point of contract for all Payroll related queries.
- Ensure benefit files are uploaded correctly onto Workday system.
- Monthly pension reporting.
- Ensure Payroll is HMRC compliant.
- Work closely with wider finance and HR teams.
Skills required:
- Strong UK Payroll exposure.
- System exposure to Workday, Oracle or SAP would be ideal.
- Benefit administration exposure.
- Team player.
- Strong communicator.
