*HR ADVISOR – up to £36K + benefits* 


Annapurna has teamed up with an amazing fast-paced Academy that has been established as a good school, with a clear vision, culture and ethos. They are looking for an HR Advisor to join their team! 

The successful candidate will have experience in payroll processing, recruitment and performance management. They are looking for an individual who is looking for a new challenge, can easily travel to the school 5 days a week and work in a fast-paced environment to provide strong generalist HR Advice. 



  • Previous experience working in HR and using HR database 

  • Preferably has a CIPD level 5 qualification 

  • Previous experience in ER 

  • Ability to work under pressure 

  • Preferred background in Education  



  • Provide day to day support and advice to employees regarding HR matters 

  • Manage the HR information system and payroll to meet Ofsted standards 

  • Support Managers with the school workforce census 

  • Monitor and manage sickness absence and keep up to date records 

  • Provide generalist HR advice to line Managers to ensure compliance with employment legislation and employee relations
