HR Business Partner - Projects & Change

I am delighted to work with a growing professional services organisation in Birmingham to recruit an HR Business Partner to lead on firm wide change programmes and projects.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reporting into the Head of HR, you will develop efficient and effective plans to support all projects, key pieces of work and the overarching People & Talent strategy. This includes creating appropriate change forums, methods of management and tracking, to enable people to adopt new ways of working and measure success of change programmes. Projects include; changes to the operating model, changes to training qualifications or contracts and managing the great places to work survey.
- You will coordinate mid to senior level promotion processes and manage the HR Risk Register alongside the HR Director.
- Take personal ownership to deliver and successfully achieve the objectives of each piece of work, co-coordinating internal and external resource where required. Reporting and escalating issues as necessary to the Head of HR and / or project sponsors, proposing options to address and effectively manage any issues. You will act as a change agent - responsible for creating positive change for client groups/teams in accordance with external/internal influences.
The ideal candidates is an experienced HR generalist comfortable leading on companywide projects and change programmes. You have worked in a matrix structured business and have the ability to influence and challenge colleagues to achieve project aims.
