HR Administrator

I am delighted to be working with a reputable and growing organisation based in East Sussex to help them recruit a HR Administrator. My client is focussed and committed to providing a high-quality service to their customers and understand the benefits of working in collaboration.

HR Administrator: Brighton Based. Up to £26000.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Administrator to join a growing HR team based in Brighton. You will report into the HR Partner and will have responsibility for providing comprehensive administration support across two sites, support the South team with full employee lifecycle and ensure up to date HR Records are maintained. This is a newly created role and an excellent prospect for someone who has a passion for HR. This is a varied and fast paced role where your duties will include but will not be limited to:

Administration in the recruitment process (preparing recruitment packs, drafting adverts and job descriptions)
Ensure HR undertakes necessary employment checks
Administer new employees (prepare contracts, update people hr)
Coordinate and add absence information to PeopleHR
Advise HR Partner with absence issues and trigger points
Support HR Partner in administering appraisal cycle, chase, collect, and record completed appraisals
Inputting starters and leavers, change of details

To be successful in this role you be operating at a similar level, have significant administration experience and have the ability to work autonomously. If you are studying towards our CIPD level 3, have experience of working with various HR systems and have extensive attention to detail this will be of great interest to my client.
