I have partnered with a well-known high end hospitality group that is currently looking for a Recruitment Manager.
The Recruitment Manager will recruit across 3 separate hospitality business whilst and managing a Recruitment Coordinator.
My client is looking a resilient Recruitment Manager based in Central London, who is used to working in a fast paced and demanding environment
You'll need to manage the full recruitment process as well as developing a strong relationship with the hiring manages and external partners such as the Job Centre.
The ideal candidate will liaise with a variety of different job boards and also be responsible for writing adverts and creating talent pools.
You will be working with the Heads Recruitment with the planning and implementing of the recruitment strategy across 3 separate hospitality businesses.
As a Recruitment Manager you'll develop the recruitment coordinator and upskill them in order to support you better.
The hiring manager is looking for someone confident with a hands on approach who is able communicative effectively across a variety of stakeholders including the Senior Manager within the businesses and the CEO.
Due to the high volume and of these establishments, you'll to be very proactive in planning ahead and being able to take full ownership for any problems as they occur and be ready to find a solution.
You'll also be expected to conduct relevant training and recruitment techniques and methods to the team.
The ideal candidate will already have come from an in-house background, however my client is open to agency recruiters that have experience recruiting for luxury hospitality.
Please note this is not a hybrid role and it is a full time office based role, 5 days a week.
