Talent Acquisition Partner


Annapurna HR have been engaged to find a Talent Acquisition Partner to join a high growth Tech scale up looking to grow their recruitment team and support their UK function.


The business have recently secured a Series A funding round and are set to scale from 70-150 in the next year.


The successful candidate will support the scale of the Tech and Commercial teams, partnering with senior leadership teams to deliver an effective service for hires.


This position is open to both inhouse recruiters and motivated recruiters looking to move away from an agency environment. Specifically, I am looking to speak with individuals who have experience hiring across a range of specialisms and understand the challenges of recruiting at a senior level.


Key Requirements:

  • Lead and manage the 360 recruitment process.
  • Strong background of leading direct searches and managing through to offer and onboarding.
  • Ensure the EDI strategy is delivered, and that equality, equity and inclusion is embedded across the talent acquisition agenda.
  • Ensure effective use of data.


This role is to be based in London and is paying up to £45,000 plus benefits.
