Senior Reward Manager

I am working with fantastic Bristol based firm that is looking for a Senior Reward Manager on a permanent basis. Reporting into the CPO this is an ideal opportunity for a Reward professional looking for ownership of the reward and benefits strategy and all related projects and programmes.

The position is responsible for designing and leading on all reward and benefits programmes, leading on the strategic agenda for reward and benefits as well as having operational responsibilities alongside two direct reports. Working closely with the senior leadership team, key stakeholders and HR colleagues, you will own and develop frameworks and processes to manage:

* Job grading frameworks and pay structures
* Salary and benefits benchmarking
* Gender pay gap and reporting
* Recognition & incentive schemes
* Performance
* Annual salary, pay and bonus reviews
* All benefits including 3rd party relationships and suppliers

You will be an experienced Reward professional across all areas of compensation and benefits, able to demonstrate knowledge of pay structures, bonus/incentive design, job analysis/evaluation and benchmarking. With strong analytical skills you will be a team player who enjoys working collaboratively and is able to engage and build relationships at all levels.

While the company is Bristol based they operate a flexible working model with the ability to access various office locations including Bristol, London, Birmingham, Manchester and Leeds when needed. They are happy with home based/remote working for the majority of time. The role comes with a great £basic salary + bonus + benefits.
