I am currently supporting my client with an immediate interim requirement for an Interim Senior Comp & Bens Advisor for a minimum period of 5 months.
This is a varied role, reporting to the Head of Comp & Bens, taking on project-related work across the UK & Ireland related to signfucant organisational and people change.
You will be required to speak to a wide variety of stakeholders to understand the current set-up and Reward offering and introduce and implement processes relating to various aspects of Reward.
You will support with job grading and associated data, including requests from Europe as well as looking at the benefits data and streamlining of processes.

Ideally you will have some reward/comp & bens experience and good level of Excel. However this role would also suit someone with HR experience including an Analyst or HR Generalist where you have previously carried out project work related to some of these aspects.
You will have sound relationship-building skills and excellent attention to detail as well as the ability to influence and take a creative & pragmatic approach to the introduction of new ideas and processes.
Salary up to £50,000 per annum and 1 day/week onsite.
