Learning and Development Trainer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Learning and Development Trainer to join a well-known and reputable organisation in London . As the Learning and Development Trainer you will report into the Lead Trainer and will be responsible for the design and delivery of the L&D needs across the organisation. You will facilitate and deliver training programmes to new and existing employees, which will include systems, processes and soft skills. In addition, you will also help to develop training materials, analyse learning outcomes, identify and report back on the success of learning programmes and coach employees to ensure they are providing a high quality service.

If you have recent and relevant experience in a training or Learning and development role, have experience in building programmes and project management skills, this will be of great interest to my client. To be successful in this role, you will need to be proactive with a hands on approach and have excellent facilitation skills.
