Senior HR BP

Frazer Jones are recruiting a senior HR BP in a mid-tier investment bank to cover a period of maternity for 12 months. This position based in the city will be starting in September and will require someone with extensive experience working in a similar function.

Working as a specialist HR BP you will be responsible for the Finance, Marketing and Operations division covering an employee group of around 250 employees based in the UK. With support from the specialist divisions (IT, L&D, Int Mobility, Reward and recruitment) you will be free to work as a true business partner in a client facing role working with senior stakeholders across the client groups.

Main responsibilities in this role include: Employee relations, salary and bonus review, appraisal and talent management, and other key initiatives and strategic projects as directed by the Head of Operations.

Ideally you will have extensive experience working as an HR BP in a highly commercial and fast paced financial services company. My client will also consider candidates from other sectors provided they are highly commercial and forward thinking organisations.
