HR Business Partner, 12 month FTC

This is a great opportunity with a really innovative and market leading organisation as HR Business Partner supporting a couple of client groups across customer services and contact centres. It's a 12 month FTC to cover maternity but due to growth and continued success of the business there is a strong likelihood that a permanent position will be found.

As HR Business Partner you will partner with the senior leadership team across Operations and work closely with your HR colleagues. You will be responsible for delivering the People Plan and as such be involved across: cultural change and engagement, organisation effectiveness, ER, learning & development, talent management and talent acquisition. You will also be responsible for implementing Group led projects and programmes within your client groups.

You will be an experienced HR Business Partner who is able to effectively partner senior stakeholders and work in both a strategic and operation capacity. Experience of working in a fast paced and Operations/Customer Services led environment would be desirable.

This role is based in Southampton and would require 2 days/week in the office or more if you would prefer.
