HR Business Partner. Salary £60,000- £70,000+ Benefits. Based in Luton area.
I am delighted to be working with this highly reputable and well-established organisation based in Luton to help them recruit a HR Business Partner. This organisation is market leading in their industry and are extremely proud of their culture and values. This role is a key position within the business as it is critical in delivering an efficient, effective and first-class service to the organisation.
As the HR Business Partner you will join a dynamic, fun and fast-paced HR function reporting into the Head of HR. You will be accountable for 4/5 directorates (including marketing and ecommerce) and will be responsible for circa 500 employees in your remit. This is an extremely busy and varied role where you will be responsible for developing and delivering the HR Functional plan, delivering elements of core strategy and plan, developing plans to grow leaders at all levels, ensuring they are equipped with the technical, behavioural and leadership capability. In addition, you will be knowledgeable in key aspects of the organisational design process and be able to lead small work-streams with supervision and contribute to implementation plans and activity, support wellbeing activity and develop and deliver a resourcing plan to help attract and retain talent.
To be successful in the role you will have an impressive background and solid skill set of operating and delivering within a HR Business Partner role. You will have the ability to understand and analyse business issues and translate these into people based solutions and be a strong and visible advocate for change. If you have a natural ability to challenge business decisions and develop meaningful relationships with key individuals, have a demonstratable understanding of the majority of HR disciplines and new emerging HR trends and have experience working in a fast paced, changing matrix environment then you will be of great interest to my client.
