We’re partnering a growing international fintech who seek their first dedicated Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Lead.
With the wider HR team having set foundations, you’ll bring fresh eyes and focus to DEI, working across jurisdictions to ensure initiatives are brought to life in a meaningful and impactful offering. Reporting into both the Group Head of HR & Head of Sustainability, you’ll have a creative approach and a continuous improvement mindset.
What you’ll do:
- Build and implement the global DEl strategy using data to underpin the offering
- Support leaders in the execution of initiatives to ensure they are embedded in the culture
- Maximise the diversity, equity and inclusion opportunities for current employees across geographies
- Provide guidance of external client DEI objectives, assessing risks, providing escalation management, and balancing the business needs
- Widen the strategy to include reasonable actions to improve the inclusivity of products, client base and supplier list
- Support the design of programs to train, transition and inform continual development of diverse talent
- Identify the root causes of problems through an expanded, holistic view and long-term perspective
- Connect and inspire effective teamwork, collaboration, and commitment across multiple groups with competing priorities
- Develop the collection and management of DEI data across the global organisation
- Ensure the DEI strategy is aligned with FCA requirements and wider business sustainability strategy
- Coach senior business leaders to support build DEI acumen as a trusted advisor
Who you are:
- You could be an HR generalist who has focused on DEI for the past few years, or you may be a DEI specialist through & through
- You’ll have strong analytical skills with the ability to think strategically
- You’ll have superb relationship building skills, communicating the offering globally, bringing employees on this journey
- You’ll be a credible individual, able to gain trust, with the ability to influence
- You’ll be a team player, happy to get stuck in where necessary
