I am exclusively partnering with one of the largest financial services organisations in EMEA who are looking to bring on board a HR Manager for the prominent London Hub office. You will report into the Global Head of HR and will support their London operation of c120 FTE along with leadership for one direct report.
You will be an experienced HR Manager/Senior HRBP with responsibility across the end-to-end HR platform strategically to operationally, sitting on the London EXCO and working closely with the GM responsible for the London remit. The role is at this stage more operational as it is not yet an evolved HR platform, however for the right person there is the opportunity to turn HR into a value-add offering as the business appetite grows. You will possess sound HR Governance expertise as you will be responsible for SMCR and other HR regulatory requirements along with navigating ER issues as and when they arise.
To be successful in this role, my client is looking for a proactive and engaged HR professional who brings a positive mind-set, thrives on solving concrete, difficult business problems and can adapt quickly to an ever-evolving area of the business.
My client is currently in the process of determining what their own hybrid or flex model will look like however it is worth noting they work out of very stylish offices in the West End to align to their HNW client base.
