Interim HR Business Partner

My Coventry based client is looking for an Interim HR Business Partner to join their team at a time of significant change. This role will be for a minimum of 4 months with the opportunity of a permanent appointment.

As HR Business Partner, you will ensure the delivery of a high quality strategic and operational HR service and key aspects of the role include:

  • Working with stakeholders on future planning and workforce.
  • Providing specialist advice on a variety of areas including organisational change, ways of working, equality and diversity, staff development and employee relations.
  • Working closely with stakeholders regarding organisational change to understand prioroties and challenges.
  • Coaching and influencing staleholders, acting as a trusted advisor.

This is a truly generalist business partnering role that also offers the opportunity to focus on change activities and projects. To be successful you will have proven experience as an HR Business Partner, be able to think creatively and drive change activities forward. You will also be adept at working strategically and act as a trusted advisor to your stakeholder group.

Influencing and relationship-building skills are key.

You will report into a supportive and forward-thinking HR Director and be used to working as part of a larger people team.

This role offers a salary of up to £58,000 per annum as well as hybrid working arrangements and generous annual leave entitlement.
