As the Interim Reward Manager, you'll be joining a well renowned global insurance business based in the heart of the city of London with hybrid working. This is an established and growing global business which has a lot of exciting change ahead that will bring a lot of interesting compensation project work to the role.

As the Reward Manager you will be reporting into the Head of Reward and have 2 direct reports in the position. The role is to cover a maternity leave for 12 months but there may be opportunities to extend. You will help to build a credible and high-quality reward function encompassing both compensation and benefits. You will be required to lead on the cyclical reward activities such a salary and bonus review processes as well as undertake the BAU activities such as managing the company benefits, benchmarking and providing analysis. On top of this there will be a lot of strategic work to contribute to. The company is currently driving a lot of positive change to their reward structure and improving their global job architecture so there will be heaps of project work to get involved in to make for an interesting and everchanging role. The positive is a mixture of compensation and benefits but is more weighted on compensation activities.

To be considered for this position you must be an established Reward Manager with experience of BAU and cyclical reward activities as well as project work. You should be able to give examples of where you've designed/implemented changes to compensation structure and schemes. You will have ideally managed staff previously and have worked for a global professional services firm. An eye for detail, commercial mindset and effective stakeholder management skills are essential. You should also be available on short notice.

This is a 12 month contract but with the opportunity likely to go permanent. You'll be rewarded with an attractive salary and bonus scheme and have the opportunity to contribute to interesting global projects.
