I am excited to have partnered with an incredible US based professional services firm operating in the Tech Real Estate space. The business is experiencing significant growth acquiring 3 businesses a year globally, with currently EMEA growth strategy in the UK, France, Germany, and Spain.
I am supporting my client with their search for talented recruitment specialist who will join a close knit and collaborative HR team reporting into the Talent Acquisition Director. The role will work closely with the business identifying, engaging, and attracting talent internally and externally as well as providing a great candidate experience.
It will be your responsibility to partner with hiring managers to improve candidate attraction activities through employer branding tactics.
As the recruitment specialist you will be tasked with delivering a timely and responsive end-to-end recruitment process for the UK and Europe. You will need to understand the entire recruitment process, creating hire briefs and job specs with Hiring managers for high volume specialist roles.
Your will need to work closely with both internal hiring managers and external agencies, managing agency and supplier relationships.

As the Recruitment Specialist you will assist with the graduate recruitment strategy for the firm's research department, maintaining relationships with universities, organizing and attending career fairs.
For you to be successful in this role it would be beneficial to have worked within a fast-paced high energy environment.
Given the global nature of the business and the role; experienced having worked with teams in different jurisdictions and recruited globally with the ability to speak French, German or Spanish would be beneficial. It would also be beneficial to have worked within the Tech or Real estate sectors
The firm are looking for a high energy, motivated and well-organized individual who is willing to return back to working in the office 4 days a week.
