As a Recruitment Project Manager, you will support the successful implementation of a variety of recruitment improvement projects across the University. Working alongside the Reward and Recruitment & Resourcing teams as a trusted expert and advisor to execute and deliver a world class recruitment service. You'll be customer service focussed, have the ability to establish creditability and respect and build strong working relationships with colleagues, be able to work with others in a collaborative, proactive and solution focussed manner to achieve outcomes.
You will have prior experience in a recruitment focused role and will have knowledge and understanding of:
- Recruitment legislation
- How to promote good Equality and Diversity practice
- Recruitment processes
- HR/Resourcing systems
