This is a rare and newly created Global Benefits Manager position within a rapidly scaling technology 'unicorn'. Valued at £1 billion+ this business is thriving and continues to expand both organically and via acquisitions (the business was one of the fastest growing companies across Europe in 2021). The business has a fantastic & very innovative culture and one where everyone is integral to their exciting journey. They are now ready to hire a Benefits Manager to support Global populations.
Reporting into the Global Head of Compensation, this role will be responsible for the design and implementation of a comprehensive benefits package aligned with the company's culture for all locations on a Global basis. Programmes to be considered are: health insurance coverage, holidays and vacations, retirement provision, life insurance and wellbeing initiatives and to apply employee benefit policy related knowledge and skill set to determine current benefit trends and compare with legislated requirements. Additionally, you will evaluate the cost and benefits of wellness/wellbeing programmes, life and long-term care insurance, and any other benefits that fall in scope for current/future provision. You will design and take the lead on all communication activities, ensuring the current provision is effectively communicated across all markets and to increase employee understanding of available benefits programmes.
This is a great role for a true Benefits champion to apply all their passion, creativity and commercial acumen to deliver a class leading benefits provision that has the employee experience at the heart of every decision. The company is looking to meet Benefit Managers or Compensation & Benefit Managers who have a natural flair and love of benefits, who have landed previous (post M&A) harmonisation programmes and moved the benefits dial. Experience of driving and owning a truly Global Benefits programme is highly desirable.
This role can be based remotely in the UK and with access to London on occasion. In addition to an excellent £basic salary, you will receive an annual equity award and great benefits.
