HRIS Change and Governance Advisor
Frazer Jones is now partnering with a global Insurance company to source a HRIS Change and Governance Advisor on a permanent basis. They have an evolving HR function aimed at transforming the delivery of HR services to their business.
Reporting to the HR Change Manager, you will focus on system enhancements that will support the development of best practices across the systems landscape in HR, ensuring the organisation stays at the fore of technology and governance.
Duties will include:
- Project manage the delivery of their internal Workday global functionality refresh
- Create and lead on the roadmap for the outcomes of the Workday tenant review
- Implement and be accountable for the running Change Advisory Board (CAB) within HR
- Partner with HRIS and IT to develop the integration architecture; document and communicate to relevant stakeholders
The successful candidate will have prior experience of change and governance frameworks within a fast-paced, highly commercial, and entrepreneurial environment. Experience with Workday implementation is a plus
In return, you will receive up to £50,000 per annum with Hybrid working
