HR Manager - EMEA & APAC

£60,000 - 70,000 per annum + generous bonus

A vibrant and fast paced office, with a diverse workforce, in a global business with ambitious growth plans across the EMEA Region.

The HR Manager EMEA & APAC will be a key leader in the strategy and delivery of HR services across our London and Singapore offices (approx 80 people). With direction from the Global Associate Vice President of HR (based in US), and the EMEA leadership team, you will build a strategy which attracts, develops and retains talent in their markets, with a focus on performance, personal development, wellbeing and inclusion.

This is an exciting role which will appeal to an experienced HR generalist looking to take on responsibility for all areas of HR including Employee Relations and Engagement, Compensation & Benefits, Process Management, Legal Compliance, and office and facilities. Following the recent acquisition of a boutique agency which now forms the London and Singapore locations, an initial key priority of the role will be to integrate our global systems and processes with a focus on local compliance and excellence.

Your remit:

      • Manage and develop 1 HR direct report
      • Be a champion for our strong inclusive values-based culture and drive positive employee engagement through effective initiatives
      • Train, coach and support managers to manage people effectively and to establish positive employee relations, including delivery of training sessions
      • Advise on employee relations matters to ensure positive outcomes
      • Provide the organisation with meaningful HR data insights to enable effective planning, decision-making and improvement
      • Support our Learning & Development team where required to deliver a comprehensive programme of training to develop highly skilled and motivated teams, including onboarding training, skills development and regular industry brunch & learns
      • Work with Marketing to build a strong employer brand, to attract new, and motivate existing Kepler talent
      • Oversee remuneration schemes, benefits, payroll, contracts, and all administration related to our employees
      • Manages local supplier relationships including healthcare, pensions, insurance, and HR software providers
      • Work with the In-house recruitment team to provide an exceptional onboarding experience for new hires
      • Maintain and update company policies to ensure compliance

Your Profile:

      • Degree education, in any discipline, preferred
      • CIPD minimum Level 3 required
      • HR experience as an HR Advisor, Business Partner, or Manager, ideally in a marketing services environment
      • People management experience - ideally 1 direct report, however we are open to considering
      • Strong employee relations and HR compliance experience in EMEA. APAC regional experience a bonus
      • Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong ability to create and build relationships at all levels, including C-Suite
