VP Culture and Performance Lead

We have a fantastic and unique VP Culture and Performance vacancy, working for a leading real estate and private equity company. This is a brand new role for the organisation and will be focused on one of their key developments in Cambridgeshire.

The immediate needs from the role includes;

  • Organisational development of the hotels leadership team
  • Culture building amongst all hotel employees
  • Learning and development across the hotel teams
  • Managing employee relations
  • Employee engagement

As the role will be developing, there will be the opportunity to deliver critical and important strategic people programmes and having a "seat" on the senior leadership table.

Must haves:
A high potential strategic thinker who is also a do-er operationally. Has previous HR experience across all key HR competencies with particular interest and experience in people performance, employee engagement and culture. Previous consulting experience is our preference however where the candidate hasn't got this we would require a CIPD qualification.

This role would suit someone looking to develop and utlise their strong people consulting skills and ideally human capital experience. Due to the need of the organisation, you will be required to be hands on at one of their key sites in Cambridge, working on-site 5 days per week.
