This is a unique opportunity for a HR Generalist (with Reward exposure) or Reward Professional to accelerate their career, whilst making a difference every day in the lives of many.
Reporting to the Reward Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of annual cycle reward, benefits, and performance management activities as well as support the delivery of strategic projects.
Duties will include:
- Deliver the pay and performance annual cycle activities including annual salary review, performance reviews and pay band maintenance.
- Partner with and deliver all activities in collaboration with the business facing HR organisation, to ensure successful delivery and engagement with reward activity across the charity.
- Work flexibly across the team to support broader benefits and pensions team activity
- Support the Reward Manager in reviewing and developing reward policy and practices
To be considered, you must have relevant experience delivering reward annual cycle activities and be highly numerical, analytical with high attention to detail. You must be an advanced and confident user of Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables) with a relevant experience of HR systems. Experience of workday is a plus.
In return, you will receive up to £40,000 per annum with excellent benefits, opportunity to progress internally and a very flexible working model of 1-2 day(s) a week from the office or permanently from home.
