Permanent HR Advisor. £35,000. Glasgow based. Hybrid working on offer + benefits.
You will partner with key stakeholders across specific business units and provide support across the entire employee lifecycle. You will manage experienced hire recruitment, induction processes, and appraisal meetings. You will handle all employee relations matters such as grievances, disciplinaries and capability matters; coaching and supporting line managers in dealing with people issues to improve and build capabilities. You will also manage the bonus and salary review processes along with occupational health.

In order to be successful in your application you have 2+ years solid generalist experience that includes employee relations, compensation and benefits administration and stakeholder management experience.
