Benefits and HR Coordinator
Frazer Jones is now partnering with a global Iaw firm to source a Benefits and HR Coordinator on an 18-month FTC basis. They have a comprehensive range of legal services with over 2,000 legal professionals operating at the heart of global trade and commerce.
As their Benefits and HR Coordinator, you will provide dedicated support to the Benefits team and work collaboratively with other HR Coordinators within the HR Operations team.
This is a unique opportunity for a Recruitment, L&D or HR Administrator to expand their career within Reward and Benefits.
Duties will include:
- Provide administrative support and work closely with the Benefits team
- Monitor the Benefits inbox, dealing directly with employee enquiries and escalating where appropriate.
- Assist with updating the HR system, Select HR, to maintain accurate benefit details
- Assist with potential ad hoc benefit projects
To be considered, you must possess strong analytical, organisational and task management skills with a clear attention to detail. Previous Benefits experience is a plus.
