Senior Employer Brand and Recruitment Marketing Leader

Frazer Jones are delighted to be partnering with a leading Payments Technology Provider on an exclusive search having recently successfully built out their internal talent team.

Due to further expansion, they're on the hunt for a EVP Head of Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing to lead, innovate and create an established function.

You will oversee and guide the EVP and employer brand communications strategy, ensuring their people have a consistent and compelling brand experience across the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and guide the EVP and employer brand communications strategy.
• Lead the development of global and local recruitment marketing programs.
• Oversee the ongoing growth and innovation of the firm's global and local careers presence online.
• Lead strategic digital recruitment marketing campaigns to build brand awareness.
• Manage the development of recruitment content marketing.

Requirements:

• Experience with organisational development and establishing processes.
  
• Proven People/Culture/Engagement experience, with a passion for culture and inclusion.
  
• Understand what it takes to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
