Reward Analyst - McLagan & Workday

Frazer Jones is now partnering with a leading name within the Financial Services sector to source a Reward Analyst on a 9-month FTC basis. They are a unique organisation with a friendly HR team.

This is an opportunity for a Reward or HR Generalist (with reward exposure) to take their career to the next level.

As their Reward Analyst, you will provide a highly effective support to the Head of Reward to manage the end-to-end co-ordination of processes relating to compensation as well as ad-hoc project work.

Duties will include:

  • Benchmarking of roles/ad-hoc compensation requests using McLagan salary survey
  • Providing compensation related information to key stakeholders as required
  • Planning for compensation committee meetings and minute taking as well as supporting other committee members where required
  • Supporting the London Branch annual compensation review process in Workday (Advanced Compensation)

To be considered, you must have previous experience in a Reward Analyst role preferably within Financial Services. You must have a good working knowledge of compensation regulatory requirements as set out by PRA as well as advance knowledge of Microsoft Office Products(excel) and HR Systems (Workday - Advanced Compensation).

In return, you will receive up to £60,000 per annum with excellent benefits, and flexible working.
