We are delighted to work with an FMCG client to recruit their Learning & Development Manager. You will cover two sites and directly manage a small team, whilst working closely with the HR function to identify, implement and improve learning & development interventions.
As this is a newly created role, you will need to need to build good working relationships with the business and undertake an overall training needs analysis in order to identify the learning & development needs for business and of employees. You'll be responsible for creating, producing and distributing/communicating relevant training content, engaging with third party training and qualification providers, coaching and upskilling managers and managing the training budget.
You will work with the HR team to improve and utilise functionality of the training platform - supporting others to do so. Due to the nature of the business, you will ensure compliance for mandatory training and provide regular KPI and attendance reporting to HR Manager and senior managers on site.
We're looking for a strong learning & development professional with demonstrable experience conducting training needs analysis and creating training programmes. Someone confident building good relationships with stakeholders, upskilling managers, conducting training and developing others.
