Payroll Coordinator - £30,000 - £40,000 + Bonus - City of London

Frazer Jones are delighted to be supporting a leading Law firm on the recruitment of a Payroll Coordinator on a permanent basis.

This role will be working and reporting into a Team lead located nationally.

This client is offering hybrid working.

The role:

  • Maintain and manage payroll inbox for the firm's population.
  • Enter and check payroll data against system ensuring information is correct.
  • Collate HR payroll related data and supporting documentation eg - starters, leavers maternity ETC.
  • Maintaining employees records on Payroll system ensuring information is up to date and correct.
  • Working closely with HR and finance ensuring information is being shared.

Skills Required:

  • Strong UK monthly payroll knowledge
  • Be able to calculate payroll manually
  • Strong Excel knowledge
  • Team player
  • Strong communication skills
  • Be based in the UK.
