An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and inclusive project manager to join our small but growing, friendly and committed team to cover maternity leave. Our EDI and consultancy practice adds significant value to our clients, people and cultural change issues through an expert group of consultants and associates. This work includes:

  • Developing strategies, policies, new systems and processes and undertaking policy and strategy reviews, including analysis of workforce data.
  • Designing and delivering innovative learning activities and creating inclusive leaderhip programmes for emerging talent.
  • Undertaking EDI and cultural audits to identify behavioural patterns and possible interventions.
  • Supporting board executives and senior staff through coaching, facilitated conversations, reciprocal mentoring schemes and delivery of bespoke learning activities and digital resources.
  • Mediation and HR investigations for complex cases where EDI is a key element.

The role will be client facing, with direct communication with various clients across the NGO, public, health and private sector. You will be working with the internal consultancy team and our core group of associates to support EDI projects, proposals and internal initiatives. You will be working closely with the Head of EDI, Senior EDI consultant, Senior leadership team and external stakeholders to assist in the development and delivery of inclusion and diversity programmes.

Based in London and Nottingham, our people are able to balance working from home and in the office ensuring that we provide flexibility whilst ensuring learning and client work is delivered effectively and in a timely fashion. Candidates must be UK residents.
