Human Resources Partner. East Sussex. Up to £45,000
As the Human Resources Partner you will report into the Chief People Officer and will operate as part of a central Human Resources Team, supporting a client group of circa 300 staff. This is an operational based role that should be treated as a standalone position and as such there is a requirement to undertake both advisory and administrative elements of HR. The HR Partner will work closely with the leadership team to support and provide a full generalist HR remit and undertake case management, provide training, give advice and guidance and ensure that all trust policies are followed in all actions taken. You will partner with organisational leaders to make recommendations on HR policies to help align programs with organisational goals, evaluate and implement programs to support strategic people initiatives and investigate employee complaints and grievances and provide corrective actions. This is a fast paced and varied role where you will also be accountable for maintaining key employment information including, new hires, benefits, payroll, holiday and sick leave as well as conducting exit interviews and off-boarding procedures and driving the performance management process.
To be successful in this role you be operating at a similar level, have significant experience as a HR generalist and have the ability to work autonomously. If you are CIPD Level 5 qualified, have a solid understanding of employment law and have demonstration of successful management experience in recruitment, employee relations, working with trade unions and performance management this will be of great interest to my client.
